About electric forklifts

Electric forklifts run on a rechargeable battery, so there’s no propane to buy and nothing coming out of a tailpipe. That makes them the usual pick for indoor work, and they cost less to run day to day than gas or propane trucks.

How long does a forklift battery last?

A well-kept lead-acid forklift battery often lasts around five years of regular shifts. Ask us about the battery on any unit before you buy.

Does the forklift come with a charger?

Can an electric forklift be used outside?

On dry, paved surfaces, yes. For gravel, dirt or wet yards, a pneumatic-tire outdoor forklift is usually a better fit.
